We’re a small, local business that believes in keeping our inventory fresh. Rather than stocking large quantities of the same item, we focus on bringing in new pieces regularly, which means our product turnover is around 14 days. Because of this, we’re only able to accept returns within that timeframe.

Return Policy
If you don't love your TACHI HILL purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Store credit never expires and can be used both in-store and online.

To be eligible for a return, you must start the return process within 14 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this window.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes bodysuits, which are always considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, cigarette odor, or any visible wear will not be accepted.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
